Arctic Go wants you to feel confident that we respect your privacy and process all personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="1xyisu" data-start="214" data-end="231">Personal Data</h3>
To use our online booking service, you must provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. When placing an order, we also store information about the rental period and the type of equipment booked/ordered. The minimum age to use the service is 18, and you must therefore provide your year of birth.
When you use the service, your order history is stored. This personal data is necessary for us to deliver the service to you. Your personal data is stored for as long as you are registered as a user with us. You can view and update your personal data on your account page. You may also contact us to request deletion of your personal data or to deregister from our systems. Please note that you will no longer be able to use the service unless you register again.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="1lu2omm" data-start="1012" data-end="1047">Personal Data and Third Parties</h3>
Arctic Go does not sell, exchange, or share your personal data with third parties. The online booking system is provided by Sharefox.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="j5wivk" data-start="1184" data-end="1207">Payment Information</h3>
When you place an order, your card details are stored by our payment provider DIBS in order to process your order. DIBS stores this information securely and is PCI certified. This allows us to manage order changes, release reservations such as deposits, handle refunds, charge additional costs (e.g., for late returns, damages, or similar), and reduce misuse and losses.
Information about transactions related to your order is stored, but not your card details. Transaction data is retained for as long as you are registered as a user of the service (see section on Personal Data).
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="167ms4j" data-start="1793" data-end="1818">Use of Collected Data</h3>
The personal data collected includes both information you provide (such as name and email address) and information collected when using the service, such as the equipment you rent, location data, and technical information about your device and internet connection. Personal data may be supplemented with publicly available information from third-party sources.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="1o6qbw1" data-start="2182" data-end="2193">Cookies</h3>
When you visit our service, we use various technologies to recognize you as a user and collect data. For example, we use cookies to remember rental dates and selected equipment. Cookies make it easier to use the service by providing relevant information when you visit our website. They are also used to temporarily store data such as available rental dates, prices, and similar information.
Through server logs and other tools, we may collect information about your device and connection to our service, including operating system, browser version, IP address, cookies, and unique identifiers. This information is used in anonymized and aggregated statistics but may also be linked to your user account. It helps us tailor how the service is displayed on your device.

Arctic Go, Betongv&auml;gen 1, Kalix, Company reg. no. 556841-3628, a company under AB Seskar&ouml; Havsbad, operates a rental business where companies and private individuals can rent vehicles, equipment, etc. Vehicles and equipment are ordered online and collected and returned at a service point or delivered to your home. The service also includes a membership offering that provides benefits for those who need vehicles/equipment more frequently.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="yhpanj" data-start="562" data-end="576">1. General</h3>
These terms apply to the rental and sale of goods and services from <a class="decorated-link" href="http://www.arcticgo.se" target="_new" rel="noopener" data-start="645" data-end="660">www.arcticgo.se</a> to businesses and consumers. Together with your order, these terms constitute the entire contractual basis for the purchase.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="1tmo9ny" data-start="787" data-end="815">2. Definition of Parties</h3>
The lessor or seller is: Arctic Go, hereinafter referred to as &ldquo;we,&rdquo; &ldquo;us,&rdquo; &ldquo;the lessor,&rdquo; or &ldquo;Arctic Go.&rdquo;
The lessee is: the person specified as the renter or buyer in the order, hereinafter referred to as &ldquo;the lessee,&rdquo; &ldquo;the customer,&rdquo; &ldquo;you,&rdquo; &ldquo;your.&rdquo;
&ldquo;Rental object&rdquo; refers to vehicles, tools, equipment, machines, and other items rented out on arcticgo.se.
&ldquo;Delivery method/service points&rdquo; refers to collection or return in-store, at a pickup point, or home delivery.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="ujo0lg" data-start="1288" data-end="1323">3. Payment, Deposit, and Prices</h3>
Payment is made via Visa or Mastercard online through our payment provider DIBS, which meets the strictest security requirements. The lessee pays at the time of booking, at which point the rental agreement is considered concluded.
Our prices do not include fuel.
Arctic Go follows established rental practices and reserves the deposit amount stated in the order confirmation at the time of booking. The reserved amount serves as security if the customer returns the rental object late, damages it, fails to return it, or fails to refill fuel/electric charge. If the rental object is not returned fully refueled or charged, an additional fee of 25% will be charged on top of the actual fuel/electric cost. The deposit amount varies depending on the object and equipment selected and is stated in the order confirmation. Arctic Go has the right to use the deposit to cover rent and other costs mentioned above and/or any recourse claims (cf. section 5).
All prices include VAT. The total cost is stated before the order is placed and includes all expenses related to rental or purchase. If significantly incorrect prices appear on the website, Arctic Go may unilaterally change, delete, or reject orders, even after confirmation. Errors will be corrected and communicated within a reasonable time.
If you do not cancel before the specified pickup time and fail to collect the vehicle (&ldquo;no-show&rdquo;), or fail to comply with pickup conditions, we may charge a no-show fee to cover administrative costs and compensate for reserved availability.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="18g0dii" data-start="2866" data-end="2903">4. Condition of the Rental Object</h3>
Arctic Go undertakes to deliver rental objects of high quality and in operational condition. Maintenance and inspection routines are in place.
During the rental period, you are responsible for all damage or loss, except normal wear and tear. Liability may be waived if damage results from technical faults. The lessee must inspect the object before use and contact Arctic Go if it is not in expected condition.
Only the lessee and pre-approved drivers may operate the object. Drivers must not be impaired by fatigue, alcohol, drugs, or medication. The lessee is responsible for ensuring drivers are qualified.
The vehicle may be driven in countries specified in the rental agreement, provided we are informed in advance. Driving outside Sweden incurs an additional fee of SEK 300 per day. You are responsible for complying with local regulations.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="1b1rkpx" data-start="3755" data-end="3769">5. Damages</h3>
All damage, faults, or accidents must be reported immediately to <a class="decorated-link cursor-pointer" rel="noopener" data-start="3835" data-end="3854">support@arcticgo.se</a>.
If damage results from misuse or negligence, Arctic Go may use the deposit and charge additional costs for repair or replacement. This also applies if the object is returned in poor condition.
We provide guidance on usage but are not responsible for damages or losses caused by use, delays, or faults.
By purchasing excess reduction (SKR), you may reduce liability.
In case of theft, you must report it to the police, contact us immediately, and complete an incident report. You must return the keys; otherwise, protection products become invalid.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="1x8xuvs" data-start="4443" data-end="4474">6. Use of the Rental Object</h3>
Use is at your own risk. Users must be over 18. Drivers under 24 must pay a deposit fee.
The lessee must handle the object carefully and safely. Instructions and safety guidelines are provided and must be followed.
Protective equipment is recommended and must be used where applicable.
There may be mileage limitations specified in the agreement.
Smoking and animals are prohibited. A cleaning fee of SEK 1500 applies if violated.
The rental object belongs to Arctic Go and may not be subleased or transferred.
The object may not be used: (a) for paid passenger transport (b) off-road or unsuitable roads (c) to transport animals without approval (d) for excessive passengers or luggage (e) for towing without permission (except approved tow hitch use) (f) to transport hazardous materials (g) for paid cargo transport (except trucks/vans) (h) in competitions (i) in restricted areas (j) in violation of laws (k) for illegal purposes
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="u1gw0p" data-start="5438" data-end="5456">7. Accessories</h3>
Accessories must be selected separately when ordering. Details are provided on the website. Personal protective equipment is required in some cases. Consumables and personal items are not rented. Unused purchased items fall under the right of withdrawal.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="juj8wa" data-start="5713" data-end="5751">8. Lessee&rsquo;s Rights and Obligations</h3>
You must be 18 and provide correct information. Notifications sent by Arctic Go are considered received when sent.
Accounts are personal. Misuse may lead to suspension.
Rental objects must be returned on time.
You authorize Arctic Go to charge your account for damages, late returns, or additional rental.
You are responsible for fines, tolls, and similar costs. An administrative fee of SEK 150 applies per case.
Late returns over one hour incur an extra day&rsquo;s rental plus SEK 300. Continued delay incurs ongoing daily charges.
You are liable for losses up to the full value of the vehicle unless caused by Arctic Go or compensated by a third party.
Breaches may be reported to industry databases (BUS).
Credit checks may be performed.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="1o7ripu" data-start="6498" data-end="6522">9. Changes to Orders</h3>
Changes must be confirmed in writing. Fees (currently SEK 300) may apply.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="pdezwe" data-start="6598" data-end="6627">10. Collection and Return</h3>
Collection and return occur as stated in the confirmation. ID and booking reference are required.
You are responsible until the object is returned and checked.
Returns outside opening hours remain your responsibility until confirmed.
Deposits are released after inspection.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="1ouq4xm" data-start="6906" data-end="6924">11. Membership</h3>
Membership provides discounts and renews automatically until cancelled.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="c5vbjh" data-start="6998" data-end="7025">12. Right of Withdrawal</h3>
You may withdraw from purchases (not rentals) within 14 days under consumer law.
Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Value reductions may be deducted.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="195aott" data-start="7200" data-end="7229">13. Intellectual Property</h3>
Content is protected by copyright. Media is used with permission. External content is outside Arctic Go&rsquo;s control.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="z9us6j" data-start="7346" data-end="7361">14. Privacy</h3>
Personal data is processed securely for contractual purposes. Data includes name, address, phone, email, and order history.
Payment details are stored securely by DIBS.
Cookies are used to improve functionality and user experience.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="14c9anv" data-start="7597" data-end="7619">15. Applicable Law</h3>
Swedish law applies. Disputes are resolved through negotiation or Swedish courts, with Haparanda District Court as first instance.
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="1r9fi2i" data-start="7752" data-end="7767">16. Changes</h3>
Arctic Go may update terms. Significant changes are announced 30 days in advance.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
